Support
We will always support any product purchased from us. We may also provide support for items that we sell but you may have purchased elsewhere.
Our hardware products are also supplied with a manufacturer’s guarantee, which is typically for one year.
Annual Service Contracts
We supply three levels of service contracts. The benefits of service contracts Levels 1 – 3 are that you receive prioritised attention. There are no limits on the number of calls that you can make to us for priority service.
Service Contract Levels
Level 0 Support will be given via email but priority will be given to customers with a higher level of support
Level 1 Software support via telephone, email, or Remote login only. On site not included.
Level 2 Software support via telephone, email, or Remote login with on site as necessary.
Level 3 Software support via telephone, email, or Remote login with on site and loan terminals
